2.2MW Estate IPP, Ikate Lekki (2025): Secured and leading comprehensive EPC contract covering generation, distribution infrastructure, and ongoing facilities management for residential estate.
NGN227 Million EPC Science Laboratory Complex, SNEPCO-FGGC Benin (2025): Managing full-scope EPC delivery, including M&E installations, 5kVA Solar system, borehole development, and laboratory equipment procurement, and site landscaping.
6.5MW Gas-fired IPP, Nigerian Breweries Abuja (2024): Led project engineering for installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
O&M contract Optimization, Nigerian Breweries (2023): Renegotiated and expanded service scope, achieving 83.4% contract value increase from NGN9.27 Million to NGN17 Million monthly revenue.
1.2MW IPP Cost Optimization, Lagos (2022): Delivered 30% cost reduction through strategic vendor engagement and procurement process improvement.

While my primary sector has been energy infrastructure, the core principles of MEP system design, integration, and operational planning are directly transferable and have been central to my work.
