Terms and Conditions – Free International Job Board Posting.
‘Skills Provision’ refers to the company Skills Provision Limited.
‘Client’ refers to an employer or recruitment agency which utilises Skills Provision’s free international job posting service.
‘Job board’ refers to the international job board on the Skills Provision website.
‘Service’ refers to the free job posting service.
‘Account’ refers to the account set up by a Client.
‘Terms’ refers to these terms and conditions.
1. The Service:
Summary
1.1. Skills Provision agrees to provide international job posting services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.2. Clients must set up an account with Skills Provision to gain access to the service.
1.3. Skills Provision reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse to offer the free job posting service to any person or organisation.
1.4. The Client undertakes not to submit for inclusion in any job posting any material which is bot produced, stolen, illegal, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, violent, discriminatory, obscene or sexually explicit or which may adversely affect the reputation of Skills Provision.
1.5. Skills Provision may, in its sole and absolute discretion, add to, modify, or discontinue the free international job posting service. .
1.6. Skills Provision reserves the right to close any account immediately without liability if, in its opinion, any of the following has occurred:
1.7. The Client agrees to use our free international job posting service in ‘good faith’ i.e. to post authentic, impartial and unique job adverts of reasonable quality, which provide both adequate and accurate details.
1.8. All intellectual property rights connected with the job posting system are to remain with Skills Provision.
1.9. For the sake of clarity and the avoidance of doubt, the Client acknowledges that it is acting as a data controller for the purpose of current data protection legislation in connection with any personal data it obtains through the provision of the job posting service. It is the Client’s responsibility to comply with its obligations as a data controller and to satisfy themselves with the legal grounds for processing all personal data.
1.10. Skills Provision acknowledges that it will act as a data controller for the purposes of current data protection legislation and that it will comply with its legal obligations in the provision of this service.
1.11. It is the Client’s responsibility to protect their computers against any viruses and malware.
1.12. If any clause or part of a clause is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses or parts.
1.13. Notices to Skills Provision shall be sent by email to enquiries@skills-provision.com and notices to the Client shall be sent by email to the address supplied on set up of the Client’s account.
1.14. Skills Provision will not contact Clients regarding the marketing of direct and indirect services
2. Job Board Postings
2.1. By submitting a vacancy, the Client authorises Skills Provision to post the advert and forward (if any) candidates to the Client’s registered email address.
2.2. The Client is responsible for the content of the vacancy and will indemnify Skills Provision against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage in connection therewith.
2.3. The Client shall include in the job description the following information:

The Client shall provide sufficient details about the nature of the role, the type of work to be performed, the commencement date, the likely duration, the hours of work, the location, the remuneration, the intervals of payment and benefits, the type of contract, visa and accommodation details (if related) and the notice periods required to be given and received.
2.5. Applications will be forwarded by e-mail to the Client.
2.6. The Client is responsible for verifying the information contained in applicants’ responses and Skills Provision accepts no responsibility for the content of any such application. In particular, but without limitation, the Client is responsible for verifying the applicant’s identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications and authorisations required by the Client, by law or by any relevant professional body for the vacancy.
2.7. All and any subsequent dealings between the Client and any applicant in connection with the applicant’s response to the job advert are the responsibility of the Client, Skills Provision accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify Skills Provision against any losses in connection therewith.
2.8. The Client shall not post any vacancy where:

The Client accepts responsibility for any detriment which it may suffer or incur in respect of the engagement of an applicant and shall hold Skills Provision harmless against any losses in connection therewith. The Client shall use all reasonable endeavours to ascertain that it will not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant it intends to engage (if any) to work for the Client in the vacancy posted.
2.10. Skills Provision reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any vacancy at any time without reason. Examples of vacancies that may be removed include, but are not limited to:
