I am a passionate and highly adaptable culinary graduate with hands-on experience in world-class luxury hotel kitchens across bali,Uganda and Kenya . My international exposure has sharpened my culinary artistry, discipline, and cultural sensitivity—allowing me to thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments. I specialize in fusing global techniques with local ingredients, consistently delivering elevated dining experiences that meet five-star expectations.
What inspired me to be a chef is the love in my mother's eyes as she used to have a small restaurant which she loved and cared for with her whole heart . Helping her when the restaurant was busy used to give me both joy as relief knowing that I was able to help and also loved helping.
My hobby is baking and dessert decorations .
