Inspired by my grandmothers cooking from a young age, my passion for culinary arts has only grown stronger over the years. I pursued formal training at the institute of Sri Lankan hotel management, which deepened my love for food and sparked a desire to study further abroad with experiencing hotel gourmet kitchen, I've , I've gained a valuable insights into the culinary world and discovered my own unique styles, now I'm excited to take the next step in my journey by creating my own signature dish and leaving a mark in the global culinary scene.
