In 2019 I started as Sous Chef in hotel 4* superior, after 1 year I went in my city and I worked as chef in the gastronomy of water park in the summer, I was in a very busy environment while in the winter I was the cook of the hotel in the same business . And the last job I was a chef of little typical restaurant of my zone, I was the only cook in the kitchen I prepared every day linee of menu, and in addiction I prepared the first and second courses off menu.
