" From a young age in the deep countryside of Trysee District located in the Parish of St Ann ,Jamaica West Indies.I was inspired by my Community to prerpare authentic Jamaican Cusinie cooked on a fire wood stove -tasting the real favours which enriches the Soul.
Migrating to the USA my dream became a reality when I attended CREATE Culinary School in Bridgeport ,Connecticut. Then the Center for Food Equity and Economic Development (FEED) .
I then when on to create dishes from "Ugly Vegetables " to sell at the local Farmers Markets.
I worked my way up in the kitchen from a prep cook at Season Catering perfecting my knife skills.
A Line Cook at The Pantry Exploring different favours and taste and recipes. Catering Chef at Odeens BBQ exploring my creativity and Execitive Cuisine Inc-In Flight Catering creating gourmet dishes tailored to the perferences of dicerning clients ,every plate is a canvas,and i am the artist,crafting culinary masterpieces to tantalise the taste buds of each passenger.
Chef Roschelle is dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients and believe that every dish should be a work of art.I am know for a discreet and tailored approach specializing in personalized menus thast cater to specific dietary needs and preferences.
