Staff and Operations Management: Train and manage residence staff, including setting work schedules, keeping time and attendance records, and supervising their performance. Also lead and direct a team to ensure the smooth operation of front desk functions.
Event and Budget Management: Plan and coordinate representational events, including staffing, furniture requirements, and menu preparation. Also manage all household expenses and control funds.
Asset and Maintenance Management: Responsible for the maintenance and management of all assets within the residences, conducting inventories, and protecting officials and personal property from loss and damage. Liaise with different offices to arrange necessary maintenance and repairs.
