I am an experienced higher education and nonprofit leader with over a decade of success in student engagement, programme development, and community outreach. My career spans roles in academic advising, recruitment, and organisational management, including serving as Undergraduate Affairs Manager at UC Santa Barbara, where I led teams, implemented digital transformation strategies, and supported 2,000+ students. I have also driven enrollment growth at Davis Technical College and advanced access initiatives at the University of Utah. Beyond higher education, I have held leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, including serving on the Board of Directors for Diversity Collective Ventura County, where I managed large-scale events, budgets, and partnerships. Currently, as a youth mentor with Mosaic LGBTQ+ Trust, I provide guidance and advocacy for young people. With a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and an MS in Management & Leadership, I bring strategic vision, inclusive practice, and strong management skills to every role.
