Started as an Assistant Head Chef at Madibaz International in Portelizaberth, South Africa. I moved to a 4 start Game lodge as a Head Chef in 2008 where I stayed 2 years before moving to a 150 roomed Beach Resort for a 6 months fixed contract. After that 6 months I moved to River Group of Hotels where I worked as a Sous Chef, Head Chef and a Duty Manager for different sister companies for a period of 4 years from January 2010 to May 2014.

I then moved to a 5 star world class Hotel by the name Royal St Andrews in Portalfred, South Africa where I worked for a year as a Chef de Partie. I then moved back to River Group of Hotels in 2016 as a Head Chef and Duty Manager at Tenahead Mountain Lodge, a 5 star lodge in Drankensburg, South Africa. I worked there for a period of 2 years before joining Kariega Game Reserve as a Senior Souls Chef. I worked as a Senior Souls Chef from 2018 to 2022 in different sister lodges then moved to a General Assistant Management role from 2022 which is my current position at the moment. "
