From a young age I have always been fascinated with flavors. I grew up in a Filipino household but since my family's taste in food is diverse, I got to experience difference cuisines. As a chef, my curiosity in coming up with amazing flavors has not stopped. This incessant desire to eat and serve the ones you love with amazing food, will always be my life's inspiration.
Observed, trained and managed Commis chefs assigned in the Larder section and Pans section. I have also been given the opportunity to offer recommendations on career progressions for younger chefs who have recently joined the team.
