Nursing being a dynamic and changing field, I make sure I stay up to date by reading and researching for my professional growth and so as to deliver quality care to the patients.

During the one year I worked at Zambia Flying Doctor Services, I was the Secretary for the Customer Care Team. I was Incharge of organizing meetings both online and physical as well as coming up with new ideas on how to improve our customer care service offered to the patients and relatives.
