" Starting my culinary career as a Commis making various stocks and staff meals before going to Africa's best culinary institute was the best thing I could have done in my career thus far. After my 3 year Grande Diploma I had already worked in South Africa's best restaurants. Transitioning from working on land to working on Superyachts was one of the best experiences I could of had.
