Outside work, I stay energised through regular fitness and long walks, and I’m a consistent learner, reading and upskilling in reliability engineering, maintenance strategy, safety, and digital tools that improve how organisations run. I also enjoy mentoring and sharing practical knowledge, whether through informal coaching, creating simple guides, or helping teams adopt better routines. Travel and working with multicultural teams have strengthened my adaptability and communication style. Overall, I’m driven by continuous improvement, clear accountability, and leaving systems better than I found them.
