Handling 98 clients where 65 Retails, 17 Noss Food court and 16 nos ker kiosk. Major tenants are Reliance Smart, Max, BBQ Company, BBQ Beer, Brew House, Zoreko, Runway One, Moon Light, Fun Square, Monte Carlo, Cobb, Killer, Levis, US Polo, Jockey, Samsung, Apple, Looks, VIP, Metro, Reliance Women and Reliance Junior, Dominos, Barista, Bikanervala, Urban Chat, Wow Momo, Wow China etc.
15+ years of work experience in building operation, utilities, hospitality, facility management and projects. Managing key areas engineering services, health & safety, Fire safety, security services, environmental safety, client relationship, building compliances, Interior, Floor renovation, Fit out works, Events planning , and soft services.
