• Designed and developed automotive production line equipment including manipulators, jigs, fixtures, docking stands, Scissor Lifts and special tools.

Oil and Gas:
• Designed and developed oil well perforators and production lines (1 11/16”, 2”, 2 1/8”, 2 7/8”, 3 3/8” and 4 ½”).
• Engineered explosive forming dies and powder liner production units.
• Performed simulation and analysis of perforator performance using ANSYS Autodyn.
• Conducted over 700 experimental tests for perforator validation and performance enhancement.
• Design, Developing and reverse engineering of oil well drilling equipment, Butterfly valves, Reser relief valves, Plug valves, quick union and mud pump spare parts.
Reverse Engineering and Prototyping:
• Provided reverse engineering, 3D printing, and industrial design services for automotive and mechanical components.
• Delivered 500+ prototypes and industrial parts through FDM 3D printing technology.
