Solid clinical experience across high-acuity settings, including Surgical Center (perioperative and PACU), Emergency Department, Intensive Care, and Psychiatry.
Direct care of critically ill patients, managing mechanical ventilation, vasoactive medications, hemodynamic monitoring, and renal replacement therapies.
Strong background in psychiatric nursing, with experience in inpatient psychiatry, CAPS II, CAPS AD, and integrated mental health care across primary and secondary services.
Trained under Problem-Based Learning (PBL) methodology, with advanced clinical reasoning, prioritization, and decision-making skills in complex scenarios.
Active participation in emergency responses, including BLS and ACLS, rapid response teams, and code blue situations.
International Readiness: Dual licensure as a Registered Nurse in Brazil and the United States, reflecting familiarity with international standards of care, professional accountability, and regulatory compliance.
High-Complexity Clinical Exposure: Consistent experience in environments requiring rapid clinical judgment, prioritization, and autonomous decision-making, including ICU, Emergency Department, Surgical Center (perioperative and PACU), and psychiatric services.
