I am driven by the need to constantly grow and improve everything I can. Especially in this time where AI makes life easier, more can be achieved in a shorter time. At the moment I am working in improving onboarding by creating a custom Windows image which then can be deployed simultaneously to multiple workstations. This would reduce onboarding time by over 60%.
I have not had an opportunity to explicitly manage employees but I have been in positions where I assigned as a team leader due to being the most skilled employee at the time
Assisted with implementing a new call center program, as well as
training supervisors, agents and managers on using the new system
and figuring out how to make the system work more efficiently for the
company. Improved productivity by 20%
Integrated hybrid SharePoint/Azure storage, improving data security
and user experience through file version recovery and collaboration.
Designed the structure and look of the SharePoint sites for each
department.
