Experience Head Chef Seeking Employment

" I started in the culinary industry back in 2014 when i joined culinary school after i graduated high school. I got my first job in a Fine dining French restaurant in a up class neighborhood where we served the celebrities of South Africa.

Since then i have Experience all sides of the industry, I have done 4 contracts onboard P&O Cruises bases in Southampton, UK as CDP and Snr SCP. Where we served 14 000 meals every day, as Snr CDP i had the opportunity to work in Chef Marco Pierre Whites signature restaurant onboard.

Leadership experience extends to launching a restaurant in Rustenburg, South Africa, overseeing kitchen setup, menu development, staff recruitment, and training. As a crisis manager, a successful marketing strategy was implemented to improve restaurant profitability despite challenging conditions during Covid and was very successful and still running today. In 2023 I went to Dublin, Ireland as Head chef of Browns Brasserie in Brown Thomas luxury retail outlet in Grafton Street.

With all my International experiences and working with chefs from all around the world i have obtained a unique knowledge base of food and ingredients that ranges from African, French, Italian, English, Caribbean, Asian, Indian and American Cuisine.
