Warehouse Manager needed in Eindhoven, Netherlands

Skills Provision is searching for a Warehouse Manager for a position in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

The hiring company manufacture and distribute digitalised screens globally.

Contract: One-year initial contract

Salary and Benefits

€3500 – €4500 per month depending on experience.

Working Schedule 

37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and offload incoming stock, check product quality and report issues if relevant.
• Pack and load customer orders.
• Support warehouse growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records (performance reports and training activity).
• Manage the workforce, ensuring maximum productivity is maintained.
• Monitor personnel activity, including disciplinary issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to policies and formal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a warehouse environment, including at least one year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Understand Dutch labour laws and industry best practices.
• Fluent in English and Dutch. Chinese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Effective communicator.
