Role: Projects Director

Contract: 1 year (renewable)
Package
A monthly salary package of 45,000- 50,000 SAR, Tax-Free.
Work permit if required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale construction projects across all stages.
Create and negotiate contracts.
Lead and manage internal and subcontractor performances.
Maintain working standard at a high level, SOP’s and ISO
Overcome risk and quality control issues.
Create and manage project budgets and expenditures.
Ensure smooth working processes across all teams.
Undertake regular site inspections.
Stay informed on new trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale projects.
Experience in high-rise tower projects in KSA or the Gulf region.
Additional relevant certifications, such as PMP would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be welcomed).
Knowledge in BIM, Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
Track record of delivering projects in excess of $50m.
Able to evaluate processes and execute improvements.
Quality-focused mindset.
Implement ISO quality standards.
Able to lead diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
