A well-regarded small practice, committed to delivering high-quality patient care, is looking to expand its services within the local community by appointing a new healthcare professional.

Salary

AUD $40,000-$60,000 per month.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.

 

Role Summary

  • Diagnose and manage physical injuries, medical conditions, and mental health disorders.
  • Prescribe medication and monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Carry out routine check-ups and screening.
  • Recommend appropriate preventative and rehabilitative interventions.
  • Refer patients to specialist practitioners where necessary.
  • Comply with medical regulations and privacy laws.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed.

 

Applicant Requirements

Qualification:

For local/national applicants:

Hold a 4-year University degree/Medical school qualification plus a 12-month internship.

For international applicants:

Possess recognised medical training qualifications as accepted under the Competent Authority Pathway or the Specialist Pathway, as outlined on the Medical Board of Australia’s website.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High level of empathy.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
