£40,000 per annum.

- Allocated to the TRONC system.
- Meals while on operational duty.
Working Hours
5 days a week, with the following schedule:
- Operational: 3 days per week, Thursday to Saturday.
- Creative: 2 office-based days per week, working on marketing, branding, development, etc.
The Role
- Lead the preparation and delivery of an exclusive, high-quality dining service on operational days.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and develop the restaurant’s concept and menus.
- Contribute to branding, marketing, and creative projects linked to the venue’s identity.
- Maintain high culinary standards and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Creative and ambitious, with a passion for food and the dining experience.
- Experience working in a high-end or innovative dining concepts, preferred.
- Well organised.
- Strong natural leader.
- Commands respect.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Hard working nature.
