Skills Provision is searching for an Architect for a leading design firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The employing company boasts an impressive portfolio of projects and now seeks an individual with exceptional design skills to supplement their team.

Contract: 1 year, renewable
Salary
A package of 15,000-20,000 SAR tax-free per month.

Role
Produce architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD and 3D modelling software.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project details.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Where required coordinate with other engineering departments.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s with a Master’s in Architecture.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience.
Experience with the following software: Sketchup, Revit (BIM), 3ds max, AutoCAD , Rhino Grasshopper, Photoshop, Lumion, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in professional-level English, both written and oral.
Creative flair.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Adaptable and resourceful.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Hard-working nature.
