Support and Facility Professional

" With several years of experience in social work and education, my journey began after graduating with distinction in Social Work from Erasmus University College Brussels. Since then, I have built a career focused on care, structure, and empowerment, working closely with unaccompanied minor refugees, foster youth, and vulnerable communities across Belgium.

I have supported children and adolescents in residential care settings, providing daily structure, psychological support, and educational guidance within trauma-informed environments. In my full-time role as a Residential Group Leader at Minor Ndako, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to promote emotional stability, school integration, and language development for young people facing displacement.

In addition to my work in social services, I also gained administrative experience working in the radiology department of a clinic. My responsibilities included patient intake, appointment coordination, data entry, and supporting the medical team with accurate record keeping and scheduling—further developing my organizational and multitasking skills.

My background also includes internships in elderly care and community service centers, where I delivered holistic support to residents and helped families access resources and care plans. I also worked as a brand ambassador, which strengthened my communication skills and public engagement abilities.

Volunteering has been an essential part of my path. As a cultural ambassador with Integration Network Gent, I promoted inclusion and equal opportunity through public speaking and storytelling. I also taught English in China, creating engaging lessons for children between the ages of five and fifteen.

Fluent in Dutch, English, French, and Turkish, I bring cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, administrative skills, and cross-sector experience to every role. I am now seeking new opportunities to contribute as a support worker, educator, or personal assistant within an international or socially focused organization. "
