As a registered nurse, I participate in treatment administration, client education, case management, recording medical information, creating care plans to meet individual patient needs, infection control, and analysis of Data to form a sound decision. I also, act as a patient advocate and communicator. I have practiced several nursing procedures such as wound dressing, bed baths, feeding of patients via a nasogastric tube, and administration of both topical, enteral, and parenteral medications. I have prepared the patients for surgery and taken care of post-operative patients to regain full consciousness and help all patients within my care carry out their activities of daily living.
