Notably, I recently prevented a £37,000 overpayment through rigorous remeasurement, diligent cost auditing,
and final account for the council.

I hold an MSc and BSc in Quantity Surveying and Chartered Member of CIOB (MCIOB), an RICS APC candidate, and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS). My credentials are backed by a broad technical soft skillset, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), CostX, CEMAR, Microsoft Word, PowerBI, and Outlook, MS Project, and AutoCAD. I also hold a White CSCS card and a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification. I take pride in my ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality
