" With over seven years of hands on experience in the automotive industry from both India and UK, I bring a strong track record of diagnosing, repairing and maintaining wide range of vehicles across both dealership and independent garages. My career has spanned roles from management trainee to floor in charge, giving me deep insight into both technical problem solving and team coordination. I currently work with Citygate Volkswagen in Watford UK, where I handle diagnostics, component replacement and software updates using tools like Odis. Prior to this, I held progressive roles with major brands like, Honda,Hyundai and Maruti Suzuki, where i was recognised for significantly increasing profit margins and warranty success rates. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, where I led a research project on SLAM algorithms for autonomous vehicles.
