Professional Electrical Engineer, Philippines
Currently taking Master of Engineering in Electrical to give room for my growth. What inspires me most is the intersection of technology, sustainability, and human impact whether I’m leading electrical system designs with mission-critical redundancy, integrating solar PV systems for clean energy, or resolving complex BIM coordination issues across disciplines.
Outside of work, I’m energized by traveling with family, reading electrical engineering books to make myself more knowledgeable, solving math problems with my son.
I am at my best when I'm building something meaningful whether it is power distribution system, a team or a project.
Providing constructive feedback and guiding a junior employee through a challenging assignment.
Pivoting strategy when a client changes requirements mid-project.
Giving technical design work to the most experienced engineer while assigning documentation tasks to someone detail-oriented.
Deciding the best action under pressure.
Planning resource allocation to ensure both short-term deliverables and long-term growth are supported
