I am a newly licenced Registered Nurse and PNLE Board Passer (November 2025) who is passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, where I developed a solid foundation in nursing theories, clinical skills, and ethical practice. During my academic training, I was exposed to various healthcare settings that strengthened my ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team while maintaining professionalism and empathy toward patients and their families.
I am highly motivated, responsible, and eager to continuously improve my skills through hands-on experience and further training. I value discipline, punctuality, and accountability in the workplace and strive to follow hospital policies and standards at all times. I am adaptable to fast-paced environments and open to learning from senior nurses and other healthcare professionals. My goal is to grow as a competent and reliable nurse while contributing positively to the organisation and delivering quality care to patients.
