Fully qualified US registered nurse

" With over 3 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings, I have built strong expertise in providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across medical-surgical, intensive care, and emergency environments. My career began at the State Specialist Hospital in Ondo State, where I gained hands-on experience managing pre- and post-operative patients, wound care, and emergency response. Since then, I have expanded my practice to tertiary-level hospitals, consistently delivering safe, high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Experience includes working in multidisciplinary teams to manage critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, stroke, obstetric emergencies, and postoperative complications. I have developed proficiency in advanced clinical interventions including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, and emergency airway management.

A strong background in patient-centered care includes educating patients and families on disease prevention, treatment adherence, and discharge planning to improve long-term outcomes. Leadership experience extends to supervising and mentoring nursing students, fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Internationally licenced as a Registered Nurse in both Nigeria and Texas, USA, with certifications in BLS and ACLS, I bring cultural competence, adaptability, and a deep commitment to continuous professional development. Throughout my career, I have consistently combined technical expertise with empathy, critical thinking, and teamwork to enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Now seeking new career opportunities to contribute my clinical expertise and compassionate care in a dynamic healthcare system. "
