I am passionate about technology and often repair or setup systems or mobiles to help friends and family. I get frustrated with inefficiency and lack of communication. I have over 10 years of experience in managing teams, handling daily operations, delegating tasks efficiently , and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. I take a proactive approach to leadership with employees development and productivity.
Apart from PSI, also done IELTS with 7.0 overall scores but certificate is expired. Secondly, I have a NARIC ENIC certificate. In my previous experiences, I have been recognised for my ability to lead teams, implement cost effective solutions and maintain high level customer satisfaction. My highlight includes managing a branch office independently ensuring smooth IT operations and administrative compliance.
