-Performing diagnostic tests to identify mechanical issues and determine the appropriate course of action.
-Removing faulty parts such as clutches, gearboxes, diffs, steering boxes and refit.
-Using service manuals and specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair components.
-Performing oil changes, bleeding gear lever systems, programming and other routine tasks.
-Inspecting and testing components to ensure they meet manufacturer and safety standards.
-Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex truck electrical and mechanical problems.
-Stripping components and listing all damaged parts that require replacement.
-Keeping all records up to date and in a timely manner.
-Attending to breakdowns and recovering equipment.
-Collaborating with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repairs.
-Adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
-Complying to company code of conduct.
-Rebuild of 740 D
-Adhering to ISO standards and system procedures
