Personal Information:

Chemical Engineering who studied at the National Technical University of Athens. The conduction of my diploma thesis was on the utilization of enzymatically produced polymers for the encapsulation of active substances. About two years now, I have started my journey in the pharmaceutical industry as a Validation Engineer.

From a younger age I wanted to work in the pharmaceutical field. That is why I chose biotechnology as a field, conducted my internship in a pharmaceutical company and chose a relevant role after my studies. As a member of the Validation team I learned so much more about the industry and what I enjoy. Knowing how to move around GMP cleanrooms, learning about HVAC and new regulations, observing how to build a pharmaceutical plant from scratch or validating any machine and process charmed me even more and left me needing more. This was enhanced with my experience in a multinational company, where I got further in touch with the documentation and Quality perspective.

Now I feel ready to get a step further in my career, outside my country and my comfort zone, taking up projects and tasks that will make an impact.

I am a quick and easily adaptive learner. I believe that the theoretical and technical knowledge from my first jobs and academic experience combined with the skills acquired from my volunteering leadership roles will be a valuable combination to adapt, learn quickly, and meet the demands of the company and the industry.
