At Admiral Insurance, I led multiple Scrum teams, facilitated PI planning, and coordinated with external partners to ensure smooth project delivery. I’ve also managed staffing, recruitment, and performance as a Test Chapter Lead, and successfully improved Scrum maturity and team self-management at Fruugo. I bring a strong focus on coaching, stakeholder engagement, and aligning delivery with business value.
I’m passionate about creating environments where teams feel empowered, supported, and clear on their goals. I don’t just “run Scrum”—I focus on building trust, removing barriers, and helping people do their best work. I’m equally comfortable facilitating cross-team collaboration or getting into the detail to help drive delivery forward.
My background in testing gives me a strong eye for quality, and my leadership experience means I understand the bigger picture when it comes to timelines, priorities, and stakeholder needs. I’ve learned that successful delivery comes from clear communication, mutual respect, and continuous learning—values I bring to every role.
