" I have many years of valuable experience in the FMCG, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical business in various roles, such as Capability Development Lead, Training Manager, Regional Medical Liaison, Jr. Product Manager, and Sales Rep. As a training manager worked with Nephrology, Bone, Rheumatology, Haematology, and Oncology business units for understanding training needs, sales team, and district manager development, product launches, training planning and additionally performance coaching development for district sales managers. Furthermore, I worked with Marketing and Market Access and Value teams for possible patient support and Value-Based Partnership projects, fulfilling training needs, sales/launch meeting planning/execution, brand team meetings, Local Product Strategy meetings, and sales team performance development.
