Classically trained at London\'s top Hotels, I earned a travel tourism and hospitality diploma from the confederation f tourism & Hospitality and mentored under celebrity chef Dill billson As an Assistant Sous Chef for 3 years. After coming back to Pakistan, Following this experience, I held a senior Sous Chef position within Pakistan\'s Top Leading Club (Islamabad Club).
Whether preparing a small intimate dinner or a 3-course affair for 250+, I take pride in delighting clients with delicious meals prepared to the highest standards. My mission is to exceed customer expectations, and I have a reputation for doing precisely that throughout my career.
Well-versed in preparing ethnic cuisine (Italian, Asian, Pakistan, Indian Greek Mexican, French, and the Caribbean) using the freshest ingredients, I also enjoy creating unique dishes that blend unexpected flavour combinations. In addition, I am experienced in meeting special dietary needs and requests, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-calorie, low-carb, and dairy-free meals.
