Skills Provision is searching for a Receptionist for a financial organisation in Belgium.

Our client is looking to hire a full time Receptionist for their headquarters. This is an important position as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact between the company and clients.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Position: Permanent

 

 

Salary

  • €30,000 p/a

 

The Role

  • Meet & greet clients
  • Administrative tasks: filing, document handling, and word processing
  • Manage general databases
  • Manage calendar
  • Arrange travel details for senior managers
  • Assist the HR Manager with routine tasks
  • Manage perry cash

 

Requirements

  • Multi-lingual would be beneficial
  • Formal qualifications in Administration desired
  • Prior work experience in a customer service position
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office
  • Must be team player
  • Willingness to learn
  • Pleasant demeanour and personality
  • Accustomed to working in a busy and vibrant environment
  • Take calls and answer emails
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
