Skills Provision is searching for a Deployment Manager for a well-known organisation in Norway.

The employing company increase sales and customer engagement throughout the retail sector by intellectually recommending the most relevant products and services to consumers.

The Deployment Manager is a critical, single point-of-contact for clients, responsible for managing the delivery of online personalisation solutions for customers.

Role

  • Manage customer relationships
  • Oversee the successful launch of new solutions
  • Understand overall client strategic intent and direction and their key metrics for success
  • Identify and bring in new resources as required
  • Provide differentiated service levels for each tier of customer
  • Educate customers on how to be successful during all phases of relationship with tools and processes
  • Respond to and resolve client issues
  • Develop and share leading practices to improve overall Client Services operations
  • Provide product direction and help drive the strategic roadmap to address client needs
  • Active participant in product design and prioritisation
  • Assist with client-facing documentation when involved in new capability designs
  • Manage client profitability within terms of a contract
  • Proactively focus on service quality
  • Manage the Development Team

 

Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional service experience
  • Successful track record managing large accounts
  • Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills
  • Creative, consultative, and a strong communicator with the ability to build exceptional relationships
  • Strong professional services and client relation skills
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Experience with defining, documenting, and adhering to professional services best practices within a fast paced, innovative technology company
  • Extensive experience producing/maintaining detailed project plans and providing customer-facing presentations at the executive level
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce/customer base
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly skilled user of IT
  • Strong capable manager
  • Highly effective at mentoring junior members of the team
  • Deep level of managerial experience
  • Proficient in consumer analytics
  • Familiarity with rapid development methodologies
