A leading financial organisation in Brazil require a new and experienced Branch Manager.

The Role

• Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided.
• Alleviate customer account issues/problems.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented.
• Assess the risk of all financial transactions executed by company personnel.
• Promote goodwill and generate new business throughout Brazil.
• Comply with government regulations.
• Adhere to all applicable compliance regulations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to Fair Lending.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Finance).
• Prior experience working in a financial setting.
• Extensive managerial experience.
• Retail banking experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written & oral).
• Strong user IT skills.
• A natural and effective manager.
• Capable of briefing higher management.
• A strong personality.
