The Role

As the Account Manager your primary job is to support the Service Director to help them build and maintain client trust.

Requirements

Degree is preferred but not essential
Account management and/or customer service experience
Experience in Payroll, Benefits and HR
Comfortable with technology and business systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organisational knowhow
The ability to quickly prioritise and multi-task
Flexibility in the face of changing priorities and demanding clients
