I am a self-motivated, dedicated, sincere and responsible individual. I see the world from others' shoes and wish to contribute to the society through my work. Being a Researcher, I have been working in the Development Sector for the last 2.5 years and have been successful in contributing to contemporary economic issues and political buy-in through my research work at least to some extent. I am amicable, adaptable, diplomatic and optimistic by nature which help me to deal with challenges, perform as a team player and supervise my subordinates. I am honest, have the sense of responsibility and accountability to large extent which help me to be a perfectionist in my work. I am not good at anything and everything; I know my weaknesses and hold the courage to admit and learn; and if something is within my capacity which has to be obtained through hard-work, I can assure that I will walk extra miles and try till the end with the best of my ability.
