After post-graduation, I was inducted by the GameView, whose head office is located in Japan. My assignments were mainly concerned with recruitment, pre-employment documentation, and attendance management.

• Initial telephonic screening of prospects, trying to evaluate the authenticity of applicants and interest towards applied position.
• Converting interviewers’ feedback form into proper descriptive and explanatory manner, so that management can take a proper decision.
• Looking for candidates over social media and career portals, i.e: Linked In,,
• Associating with management on job fairs and on-campus recruitments.
• Sending formal emails to applicants on their status.
• Maintaining attendance records; marking late sittings, leaves, punctuality and compiling end of the month sheet, for management’s decision making.
