A Farm Manager with 5 years experience in Livestock management, animal husbandry,fishery, poultry and some machinery experience in the Agricultural industry, with the hope of learning and building more knowledge and experience on the job while also effectively executing my duties. Currently managing 20 full-time employees and a lot of contract staff, also not limited to animal husbandry, has strong planting experience which includes fertilizer application, harvesting, weed control.Farm Management skills are extensive data collection, reporting, sale and purchase of livestock, crops, poultry and fishes, ability to lead, organize, physically fit, manage a team.
Furthermore, alongside conducting staff training, also experienced in financial time and staff management, with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
