Engineering Technician (Weapon Engineer)
A varied role, adapting to the needs of the Forces, primarily working on a ship’s electronic systems. Have also spent time land-based, working as first and second-line IT support, using phones and email, providing technical advice and providing solutions. Have also set up relocatable computer networks and acting as the domain administrator. Experience has also been gained in fields such as driving, customer care and clerical work.

Customer Service Advisor
Worked in a multitude of organisations, with the majority of time spent working in a call centre for a AXA’s Motor Claims Department, dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries, requests and complaints.

Replenishment Assistant
Another varied role, primarily replenishing displays. Other duties included responding to customer requests, acting as a backup cashier, stocktaking and providing advice to customers on their projects.
