I am currently working as a Team Lead-Customer Service at Speridian Technologies India.I lead a group of 30 support associates who provide quality support and services to customers regarding US insurance. I started my career in customer service with International Airlines like AirAsia and then SpiceJet.There I was working for airport customer service and ticketing. Then I joined Sheridan technologies in 2019 as a customer service representative for US insurance.I was handling customer calls regarding their insurance related queries.Later I promoted to Senior customer service representative then Associate team lead. Now I am team lead.
