I have worked as a health care assistant in Residential nursing home minna, Niger State.Nigeria from 2016-2019.Parts of my Responsibilities are serving medication to patients, monitoring of patient vital signs, wound dressing, inserting and removing of patient or client urine catheter, Providing compassionate care and support to patients, reassuring my clients and patient .
