I was responsible for ensuring that the budget was correct as it was my responsibility to check it and raise any questions if there was a change. Go through the surveys and collate them in order to put them in a report for the team to assess. Prepared the weekly report from the various departments to provide the organisation with information on what was taking place.
SmartAI - 2019- 2020 - Project Coordinator - Completed various testing exercises for the chatbot that was used for massive recruitment, did a number of time studies to ensure all the various systems were working effectively. Prepared flow-chats to assist in the chatbot technology.

Genbook - 2019 - 2019 - Recruitment Coordinator - My role was short-terms however I was assisting the VP of marketing in building a marketing team in order for them to get projects completed, I utilised LinkedIn and other ATS systems that they had available and successfully built up the team. I also provided on-boarding to the new staff members and prepared their orientation packs.
I enjoy reading, cooking, travelling, swimming, volunteering for various purposes. I write in my spare time and I have actually written a brief newsletter for the university.
