With over four years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed a strong understanding of the care needs and challenges faced by individuals that require healthcare support. My experience includes working with elderly service users at home and inpatients at hospitals and clinics, individuals with various disabilities,complex care needs , ABI, spinal injuries and those with mental health challenges. Supported living and Companionship plays a major role in my daily routine. I have completed first aid and basic life support training Level A, which covered skills necessary to handle all emergency situations effectively. I have completed a care certificate (15 standards of care) , Adult social care certificate , end of life care certificate and a diploma in caregiving and currently working towards a certificate in family support work
