I'm a passionate, dedicated chef, and extremely inspired by the international chefs I've worked for who continue to push me to learn and reach new heights in my career and life in general. I was born in the poor country of Nicaragua, and later moved to the USA with my mother to seek a better life and opportunity. Since then, I felt the responsibility to make sure I create a life and career I'm destined for. I love food, I love cooking food, and I love to be around people who love food. I grew up studying some of the best chefs in the world, including Alain Ducasse with his finesse and luxurious achievements, and Ferran Adria with his rise to the top of the culinary world. I have the discipline, desire, and enthusiasm to continue this culinary journey.
