Ethics in a Discriminative Sector

Skills Provision is making a difference throughout the international employment sector.

Our teams are currently working on 49 projects across 36 countries.

The challenging part of our work is finding new ways to encapsulate ethics into everything we do.

Recruitment by nature is discriminative, a problem in itself.

We work around this by filling our Client Zones with a diverse mixture, including, long-term unemployed, previously incarcerated, disabled, young, old and those considered suitable but not matching the job description.

Internationally we endeavour to provide a fair and level playing field. Of course, we understand final hiring decisions always lie with the employer.

Our clients are very supportive of our efforts and in many areas are being more open towards the people they hire.

So whilst it is extremely challenging to be ethical in a discriminative sector, internationally we are pioneers.
